1. Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in perfect condition.

  • Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:

  • You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order was damaged during delivery.

  • Your food was spoiled or not up to quality standards upon arrival.

2. Refund Policy

  • If you experience any issues with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and email us at info@oota.nl with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • Quality Issues:

  • If you believe the food delivered to you is spoiled or not up to our quality standards, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full or partial refund, or send a replacement order.

  • Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or card provider as processing times can vary.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., flavor, spice level, etc.), unless the food is deemed spoiled or inedible.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or special one-time offers.

  • Items that have been partially consumed or mishandled after delivery.

4. Cancellations

  • Pre-Delivery Cancellations:

  • Once an order is prepared and out for delivery, cancellations are no longer allowed.

  • Post-Delivery Cancellations:

  • We do not accept cancellations after the food has been delivered.
